3. Zero Tolerance Policies

The following behaviors result in IMMEDIATE ACCOUNT TERMINATION with no warnings:

Instant Ban Offenses:

  • Sexual Harassment: Unwelcome sexual advances, requests, or explicit content
  • Paid Referrals: Requesting or offering money for job referrals
  • Explicit Content: Sharing pornographic, violent, or disturbing material
  • Hate Speech: Discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, etc.
  • Threats & Violence: Threatening harm to others or promoting violence
  • Illegal Activities: Promoting or engaging in illegal activities
  • Identity Theft: Impersonating others or stealing identities
  • Fraud & Scams: Attempting to defraud users or the platform
  • Child Exploitation: Any form of child abuse or exploitation

11. Consequences of Violations

Depending on the severity of the violation:

First-time minor violations may result in a written warning.

11.2 Temporary Suspension

Repeated minor violations or moderate violations result in 7-30 day suspension.

11.3 Permanent Ban

Serious violations or repeated offenses result in permanent account termination with no refund.

11.4 Legal Action

Criminal activities (threats, fraud, exploitation) may be reported to law enforcement.
