Common Issues & Solutions

Microphone Not Working

  • ✓ Check browser microphone permissions (Settings > Privacy > Microphone)
  • ✓ Ensure microphone is not muted or disabled in system settings
  • ✓ Try a different browser (Chrome or Firefox recommended)
  • ✓ Restart your browser or device
  • ✓ Test microphone in Settings > Audio Check

Connection Issues

  • ✓ Check your internet connection (minimum 2 Mbps required)
  • ✓ Close other bandwidth-heavy applications
  • ✓ Try switching from WiFi to mobile data (or vice versa)
  • ✓ Clear browser cache and cookies
  • ✓ Disable VPN if using one

Can't Login to Account

  • ✓ Verify you're using the correct email address
  • ✓ Try "Forgot Password" to reset your password
  • ✓ Check if your account email is verified (check spam folder)
  • ✓ Ensure Caps Lock is not enabled
  • ✓ Clear browser cookies and try again

Payment Failed

  • ✓ Verify your card has sufficient balance
  • ✓ Check if international transactions are enabled
  • ✓ Ensure card details (number, CVV, expiry) are correct
  • ✓ Try a different payment method (UPI, Net Banking)
  • ✓ Contact your bank if payment is repeatedly declined

Resume Upload Failed

  • ✓ Ensure file is in PDF, DOC, or DOCX format
  • ✓ File size must be under 5 MB
  • ✓ Remove special characters from filename
  • ✓ Try converting your resume to PDF format
  • ✓ Check if your browser allows file uploads
