6. Subscription Cancellation
6.1 How to Cancel
While we don't offer refunds, you CAN cancel your subscription to prevent future charges:
- Go to Account Settings > Subscription Management
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No refund will be issued for the remaining days/months
6.2 Cancellation Timing
- Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid next charge
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of current billing cycle
- No partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations
7. Exceptions to No-Refund Policy
In extremely rare circumstances, refunds MAY be considered ONLY for:
7.1 Technical Errors by JobBroom
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged twice for the same transaction
- System Malfunction: If a technical error on our end prevented service delivery
- Unauthorized Charges: If charges were made without your authorization (subject to verification)
7.2 Refund Request Process for Exceptions
If you believe you qualify for an exception:

Note: Even in exceptional cases, refunds are NOT automatic. Each request is carefully reviewed, and approval is at JobBroom's sole discretion. If any refund is approved, we will initiate and credited the refund within 14 business working days.
8. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

- Payment processing delays
- Payment gateway fees
- Currency conversion charges
- International transaction fees
10. Account Credit (Alternative to Refund)
In exceptional cases where a refund cannot be processed, JobBroom may offer:
- Account Credit: Credit to your JobBroom account for future services
- Service Extension: Extension of your subscription period
- Upgraded Services: Complimentary upgrade to premium features
This is offered at our sole discretion and is not guaranteed.
11. No Refund for Policy Violations
If your account is suspended or terminated for violating our Terms & Conditions or Community Guidelines, you will NOT receive any refund for:
- Remaining subscription time
- Unused credits or services
- Any prior purchases
12. Educational Platform Disclaimer
Important: JobBroom is an EdTech platform providing educational and skill development services. We do NOT:
- Guarantee job placement or employment
- Promise specific salary outcomes
- Guarantee interview success
- Ensure referrals from professionals (referrals are voluntary)
Lack of job placement or career success does NOT qualify for a refund. Your success depends on your effort, market conditions, and employer decisions.
13. Changes to This Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
