These Terms & Conditions govern your use of JobBroom's website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). JobBroom is operated as an EdTech service provider focused on skill development and career advancement.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the JobBroom Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Platform.

• Professional Networking: Opportunities to connect with verified working professionals for career guidance

4.2 No Employment Guarantee

IMPORTANT: JobBroom is an educational and skill development platform. We do NOT guarantee:

• Job placement or employment
• Specific salary outcomes
• Success in job interviews
• Referrals from professionals (referrals are voluntary and at professionals' discretion)
• Admission to educational institutions

All services are designed to enhance your skills and employability. Actual job outcomes depend on individual effort, market conditions, and employer decisions.

5. User Accounts and Registration

5.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to access most features of JobBroom. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5.2 Account Verification

We reserve the right to verify user identities and require additional documentation. For users registered as "working professionals" or mentors, mandatory verification is required.

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against other users
• Share inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in any form of solicitation, spam, or commercial activities not authorized by JobBroom
• Request or offer paid referrals (strictly prohibited - instant ban applies)
• Scrape, copy, or extract data from the Platform
• Attempt to bypass security measures or gain unauthorized access
• Use automated systems (bots) without authorization
• Misrepresent your credentials, experience, or qualifications

7. Premium Subscription

7.1 Subscription Plans

JobBroom offers Premium subscription at ₹500 per month, providing access to exclusive features including:

• Unlimited AI English speaking practice
• Priority matching with human practice partners
• Access to expert-led mock interviews (1:1 sessions)
• Detailed interview feedback and "Interview Ready Score"
• Premium resume upgrade service
• Priority access to professional networking
• Ad-free experience

7.2 Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance
• Payment must be made through approved payment gateways
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

7.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription if you do not wish to continue.

8. Refund Policy

NO REFUND POLICY: All payments made to JobBroom are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

• Monthly subscription fees
• Premium feature purchases
• Resume upgrade services
• Mock interview session fees

By making a payment, you acknowledge and accept our strict no-refund policy. Please review our services carefully before subscribing.

Exception: Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate charges or technical errors on our part, subject to verification.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the JobBroom Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, audio, video, and AI algorithms, is the property of JobBroom or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal educational purposes only.

10. User-Generated Content

10.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (resumes, profile information, messages, etc.). However, by submitting content, you grant JobBroom a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and process such content for the purpose of providing our services.

10.2 Content Standards

All user content must comply with our Community Guidelines and must not contain illegal, offensive, or inappropriate material.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using JobBroom, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time through account settings. Upon deletion, you will lose access to all services, with no refund for remaining subscription period.

12.2 By JobBroom

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice if you:

• Violate these Terms & Conditions
• Engage in prohibited activities
• Provide false information
• Engage in behavior harmful to other users or the Platform

Termination does not entitle you to any refund.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. JOBBROOM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Results obtained from the Platform will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of services will meet your expectations
• Use of the Platform will lead to employment or career success

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOBBROOM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to JobBroom in the 12 months preceding the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JobBroom, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your use of the Platform

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Indore Madhya Pradesh, India.

18. Severability
